Terms of Service
Last updated: 28 July 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Sportflow at https://sportflow.uk, including the website, dashboard, Help Centre, livestream overlays, and club connectors (together, the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing the Service, or connecting a third-party integration on behalf of a club, you agree to these Terms. If you use Sportflow for a club, you confirm you are authorised to act for that club.

2. The Service
Sportflowis a cricket club operations platform. Depending on your club's configuration and your role, the Service may include fixtures and team data, role-based club access, OBS/browser-source overlays, Help Centre content, and notification delivery through club-configured connectors such as WhatsApp or Facebook Pages.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to improve reliability, security, or compliance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
3. Accounts and access
- You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Club access is role-based (Member, Club Admin, or Owner). Club owners and admins are responsible for inviting members and assigning appropriate roles.
- You must not attempt to access another club's data without authorisation, probe the Service for vulnerabilities except through coordinated disclosure, or use the Service to send spam or unlawful content.
4. Club content and connectors
Clubs remain responsible for the accuracy of club data, fixture information they configure or sync, overlay branding, and messages or posts published through connectors.
- When you connect a third-party service (for example Play-Cricket, WhatsApp, or Facebook Pages), you authorise Sportflow to use the credentials and permissions you grant solely to operate that integration for your club.
- Content published to Facebook Pages or WhatsApp is also subject to Meta's (or other providers') terms and the club's own channel settings.
- You can disconnect connectors from Sportflow. Disconnecting removes or invalidates stored connector tokens for that connection as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate applicable law or third-party rights.
- Publish or transmit unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise prohibited content via overlays or notification channels.
- Circumvent access controls, share accounts in a way that undermines role-based permissions, or misuse another person's Facebook/WhatsApp credentials.
- Interfere with or degrade the Service for other clubs.
6. Intellectual property
Sportflow, its branding, software, and documentation remain our property (or our licensors'). Clubs retain rights in their own logos, club content, and materials they upload or configure. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the Service.
7. Third-party services
The Service may depend on third parties (for example authentication providers, hosting, Play-Cricket, Meta/Facebook, WhatsApp infrastructure). Their availability and terms are outside our control. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that fixture sync, overlays, or notification delivery will be error-free or timely in all circumstances (for example when upstream providers or club configuration fail).
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sportflow and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable UK law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required for security or legal reasons, or if a club requests account closure. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits) continue after termination.
11. Privacy
How we process personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. For Facebook user data deletion requests, see Data deletion.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of Sportflow after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
