Facebook data deletion
How to remove Facebook Pages data that Sportflow holds for your club.
1. Disconnect in Sportflow
- Sign in to Sportflow.
- Open Club Settings → Connectors → Facebook.
- Click Disconnect.
This removes stored Facebook Page access tokens and connection metadata for the club. It does not delete your Sportflow account or unrelated club data.
2. Remove the app in Facebook
In Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, remove Sportflow / the Sportflow Meta app. Facebook may then call our automated deletion endpoint.
3. Request help by email
Email hello@sportflow.uk with the Facebook Page name(s) and club name. We will confirm when Facebook connector data has been cleared.
What we delete
- Encrypted Facebook user and Page access tokens
- Cached Page list / connection status for the Facebook Pages connector
- Facebook profile fields stored for the integration (name, picture URL, email if present)
We do not delete your Sportflow login account, club membership, fixtures, or WhatsApp connectors unless you ask separately. See our Privacy Policy.
