Problem: The address bar shows auth.sportflow.uk during sign-in
Cause: Sportflow sign-in runs on a dedicated auth site. Your club data and dashboard stay on sportflow.uk (or your club link).
Fix: Complete sign-in on that page — you should return to Sportflow automatically. If you bookmark sign-in, use the Sign in link from sportflow.uk rather than saving auth.sportflow.uk alone.
Problem: After Google or Facebook, you land on a page that looks wrong or incomplete
Cause: The sign-in redirect did not return you to Sportflow correctly.
Fix: Close the tab, open sportflow.uk (or your club’s Sportflow link) and try Sign in again. Prefer the official site URL rather than a bookmark that points somewhere unexpected. If it keeps happening, contact Sportflow support.
Problem: After Google or Facebook, the address bar shows an unusable address (for example with 0.0.0.0)
Cause: The browser was sent to an internal address instead of the public Sportflow site. Phones usually cannot open it.
Fix: Manually go to https://sportflow.uk (or your club’s Sportflow URL) and sign in again. Do not use any link that shows 0.0.0.0 or a raw machine address.
Problem: Facebook sign-in says the provider is not available
Cause: Facebook sign-in is temporarily unavailable on Sportflow.
Fix: Try email and password, or Continue with Google. If Facebook sign-in stays unavailable, contact Sportflow support.
Problem: You keep getting sent back to the sign-in page (redirect loop)
Cause: Often stale browser cookies or a blocked session.
Fix: Clear cookies for the Sportflow site (or try a private/incognito window), then sign in again. If the loop continues, contact Sportflow support.
